My name is Denise Neudorff. I have started the non-profit, 1614Cor1 Outreach. 

I have been volunteering at our local Soup Kitchen and other outreaches, and witnessed a need for our homeless.  

My town of Raeford, NC does not have a shelter for our unhoused/homeless/unsheltered.  God willing, this outreach will provide for their needs.  

The Lord has placed on my heart to provide sustainable tiny home community for the unhoused.   I envision tiny homes, water wells, septic tanks, solar panels which will ensure there will be no monthly operating costs.  

The additional acreage would be used for fruit and nut trees, gardens, crops and livestock .  

A postal address to call home to aid in getting jobs, education, etc.

We have a community college annex in town.  I will be looking into aiding  them to get a higher education.

This is a large project with the purchase of acreage to be the largest expense.
